January 1 If He’s happy, I’m happy. The Lord takes pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy. Psalm 147.11

January 2 Only through judgment can deliverance come. Thou didst cause judgment to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still, when God arose to judgment, to save all the meek of the earth. Psalm 76.8,9

January 3 If you knew you could not fail, what would you attempt for God? What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?   Romans 8.31

January 4 If you don’t say the Name, you aren’t spreading His Fame. Sing unto the Lord, bless his name; shew forth his salvation from day to day. Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people. Psalm 96.2,3

January 5 Say the Name; spread His fame. I will praise thee, O Lord my God, With all my heart; and I will glorify Thy name for evermore.  Psalm 86.12

January 6 I crucify the flesh with its passions and lusts. And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.  Galatians 5.24, 25

January 7 God keeps covenant with me.  He is my protector, supplier, destroyer of my enemies. Unto thee, O my strength, will I sing: For God is my defense, and the God of my mercy.  Psalm 59.17

January 8 Only the dead in Christ rest in peace. For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. Let us labor therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.   Hebrews 4.10, 11

January 9 Funny, how the dead in Christ resurrect. Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection. Romans 6.4, 5

January 10 I am the child of the Holy Ghost, child of the Covenant of Grace,        child of a Father who loves me. Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God...   1 John 3.1

January 11 Conform to the mind of Christ, the will of the Father, the heart of the Holy Spirit. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.   Romans 12.1

January 12 I live by this rule. I am crucified to the world, and the world is crucified to me. But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world...and as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.   Galatians 6.14, 16

January 13 Know,  reckon,  yield. What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? Romans 6.1

January 14 Knowing who God is enables me to be all I can be. Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; and walk in love, as Christ also has loved us, and has given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet smelling savior.   Ephesians 5.1, 2

January 15 Be it unto you according to your faith. Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you. And their eyes were opened; and Jesus straitly charged them, saying, See that no man know it.   Matthew 9.29, 30

January 16 Look at God! Look unto Me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.  Isaiah 45.22

January 17 You become what you behold. But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.   2 Corinthians 3.18

January 18 I can be all that God has declared of me. What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? He that spared not his own Son, But delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?   Romans 8.31, 32

January 19 Change your mind; change your life. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. January 21 The eye of faith sees beyond the temporal world to the eternal God. Amen. Ephesians 3.20, 21

January 22 God always has a place for the one who is prepared. Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.   2 Timothy 2.15

January 23 Character is forged in the furnace of affliction. That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perishes, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honor and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ.   1 Peter 1.7

January 24 When you fail God’s test, remember, you can choose Christ as your substitute. But God commends his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.   Romans 5.8, 9

January 25 It’s a “come as you are” party. Come as you are. Leave as God desires you to be. And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men.   Mark 1.17

January 26 We are becoming what God has declared us to be. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.   Romans 1.17

January 27 If you’ve walked through the valley of the shadow of death, you fear no evil. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Psalm 23.4

January 28 Light dispels the darkness. And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known; I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them. Isaiah 42.16

Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. 1 Corinthians 2.11, 12

January 31 The eye of faith sees with the mind of Christ. But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that comes to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Hebrews 11.6
